I'm Stacey, owner of Plant Food Pdx.

I'm an integrative nutritional health coach and chef who loves designing delicious whole-food, plant-based meals to help you feel your most vibrant and energetic self.

After developing allergies to a number of common foods and food additives, I found it quite challenging to find meals and pre-made food items that were safe for me to consume. Even many so-called "clean" plant-based or gluten-free items often contain stabilizers and flavor enhancers, which create inflammation in the body and can damage your delicate microbiome. 

Plant Food Pdx was created for those who want to eat a truly unprocessed, plant-based, anti-inflammatory diet, without sacrificing flavor. Each dish is carefully crafted using the philosophy that food is medicine, and that a wide variety of plant-based foods is the best way to nourish your body and keep your immune system strong. Each week we aim to use a variety of flavors, colors and textures to create food so delicious, you may forget it’s good for you!
